Hello guys!! I haven’t been on for a while but I am hoping that I’ll be able to be active again since everything seems stable now. But what the heck, of course I can’t just say that I would then I won’t. So I’ll just try my best. I’ll try post some interesting stuff for you guys.

Some time ago, Daiji-neechan introduced me to a Hallyu star which a very powerful voice. That guy is none other than Park Yong Ha. Actually, I am not that much familiar with him as an actor although I knew that he was part of winter sonata and On Air. Oh by the way, I did mention that he was a Hallyu star, hadn’t I? That means he is a Korean star who is famous in other countries as well. Since Winter Sonata was a huge success, the stars of the drama are also known in Japan and other countries.

Ah but even if I am aware of him as an actor, I do recognize him as a singer. I’ve seen him sing in the promo video for Lotte Duty Free (I watched that because I saw Rain and Bigbang in the ad). There had been songs I liked but never knew he sang up until now… as I was saying, neechan made me listen to his Japanese album and I liked some of his songs because they were easy to follow. Unfortunately, it was really really hard to find the lyrics to his songs.

So upon the request of that neechan of mine, I romanized some of his songs (just to clear things up, I’m not that good with Nihonggo but I am still learning). One of them was “Promise” which he also sang during his Tour in the Osakajo Hall 2008-2009. So for those YongHa oppa/ Yona-san fans, I give you the Romanized lyrics and the video performance of Park Yong Ha.
